百果药王1号治疗晚期恶性肿瘤临床观察

目的 :评价百果药王 1号治疗晚期恶性肿瘤的临床使用价值。方法 :选择估计手术、放疗、化疗已无治疗价值的 2 0例患者口服百果药王 1号 2 0 m L(空腹服用 ) ,2次 /日 ,连用 30天。结果 :2 0例患者中 17例可进行评价 ,其中 CR1例(5 .88% ) ,总反应率 5 .88%。该药明显改善食欲、神疲乏力、睡眠、咽干口燥及便秘 ,并有一定止痛作用。该药较明显的毒副作用为腹泻及恶心呕吐 ,1例患者出现 度腹泻 ,3例患者出现 度恶心呕吐。结论 :百果药王 1号具一定的抗癌作用 ,并可用于多种恶性肿瘤的辅助治疗

Clinical observation of No. 1 royal multi-fruit extract on treating patients of advanced malignant tumor

Objective: It is to assess the clinical use value of No.1 royal multi fruit extract on treating patients with advanced malignant tumor.Methods: Twenty patients were treated with No.1 royal multi fruit extract 20mL, orally twice a day, for 30 consecutive days. Results: Among the 20 cases of advanced malignant tumor, 17 cases were assessed. The complete response rate was 5.88%, and the overall response rate was 5.88%. Tis medicine could obviously ameliorate appetite, fatigued of psyche, tired of the four limbs,sleep, dryness of throat, xerocheilia and constipation, and could prevent ache. Obvious toxic and side effects of the medicine were diarrhoea, nausea and vomit. GradeⅢdiarrhoea appeared in one patients, while gradeⅣ nausea and vomit appeared in three patients. Conclusion: No.1 royal multi fruit extract has obviously anti tumor effect, It can be used for many kinds of malignant tumor as auxiliary therapy.
