摘    要:目的:研究珊瑚/聚乳酸复合人工骨在体内、外的降解速度和力学性能。方法:测定珊瑚、聚乳酸和珊瑚/聚乳酸复合人工骨在10ml、0.2mol/L缓冲液及小鼠背部皮下的降解吸收率,观察它们抗压强度的变化情况,统计学方法进行分析。结果:3种材料的体外降解吸收经无显著差异;珊瑚在体内的降解率与另两种材料同期比较,降解速度明显要快,存在显著差异;在植入前,两赫兹且间抗压强度存在显著差异,复合了聚乳酸的珊瑚抗压强

Abstract:Objective: To study the biodegradablity of coral/PLA composite bone substitute. Methods:Coral ,PLA and Coral/PLA composite samples were incubated in buffered saline or placed subcutaneously in the dorsum of mice. The rate of degradation was measured by electronic balance ,the compressive strength was tested with Instron testing machine 2,4 and 8 weeks after operation. Results: The degradation rate of coral/PLA composite was lower than pure coral both in vitro and in vivo; the failure load of coral/PLA composite was superior than that of pure coral before and after transplantation in mice. Conclusion:Coral/PLA is more biodegradable and stronger against load failure than coral.
