涤垢祛腐液对粉刺性乳痈 30例术后创面愈合的疗效观察

目的 探讨涤垢祛腐液对粉刺性乳痈术后创面促愈的临床疗效及其安全性.方法 选择安徽中医药大学第一附院乳腺外科2017年1月至2018年12月收治的粉刺性乳痈60例,采用随机数字表法分为治疗组、对照组,各30例.两组分别使用涤垢祛腐液和利凡诺进行换药.记录两组术后第7天、第14天、第21天的创面面积、创面愈合率,并记录术后第7天、14天肉芽组织内成纤维细胞和新生血管数、临床疗效及安全性指标.结果 治疗组术后第7天、第14天、第21天的创面愈合率分别是(16.26±1.44)％、(35.95±3.45)％、(66.92±8.91)％,对照组术后第7天、第14天、第21天的创面愈合率分别是(15.05±1.61)％、(32.63±6.80)％、(59.72±16.13)％;创面愈合率受时间影响(P<0.001);治疗组创面愈合率优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组创面内肉芽组织中的成纤维细胞数量第7天、第14天分别是(40.43±6.02)个、(65.50±6.46)个,对照组分别为(36.83±7.47)个、(60.40±10.37)个;治疗组创面内肉芽组织中的新生血管数第7天、第14天分别是(7.10±1.32)个、(12.30±1.82)个,对照组分别是(6.13±1.48)个、(11.03±2.67)个;治疗组术后第7天、第14天创面内肉芽组织中成纤维细胞数及新生血管数明显多于对照组(P<0.05).结论 涤垢祛腐液能促进粉刺性乳痈术后创面肉芽组织的生长、缩短创面愈合时间,无明显毒副作用,安全性较好.

Clinical observation on the curative effect of dirt-removing and decay-removing liquid on wound healing after operation of acne mammary carbuncle

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of dirt-removing and decay-removing liquid in promoting wound healing after operation of acne breast carbuncle.Methods Sixty patients with acne breast carbuncle admitted to the First AffiliatedHospital of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected and assigned intotreatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group by random number table method. The treatment group was dressed withdirt-removing and decay-removing liquid gauze, while the control group was dressed with Rivanol gauze. The wound area and healingrate and the number of fibroblasts and neovascularization in granulation tissue, clinical efficacy and safety were recorded on the 7th,14th and 21st day after operation.Results The wound healing rates of the treatment group on the 7th, 14th and 21st days after surgerywere (16.26±1.44)%, (35.95±3.45)% and (66.92±8.91)%, respectively. The wound healing rates of the control group on day 7, 14 and21 after surgery were (15.05±1.61)%, (32.63±6.80)% and (59.72±16.13)%, respectively. Wound healing rate was affected by time (P< 0.001). The wound healing rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). The number of fibroblasts inthe wound tissue of the treatment group was (40.43±6.02) and (65.50±6.46) on the 7th and 14th days, while that of the control groupwas (36.83±7.47) and (60.40±10.37) on the 7th and 14th days. The number of new blood vessels in the wound tissue of the treatmentgroup was (7.10±1.32) and (12.30±1.82) on the 7th and 14th days, while that of the control group was (6.13±1.48) and (11.03±2.67) onthe 7th and 14th days. The number of fibroblasts and neovascularization in the wound tissue of the treatment group was significantlyhigher than that of the control group on the 7th and 14th days after surgery, and the differences were significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Dirt-removing and decay-removing liquid can promote the growth of granulation tissue and shorten the wound healing time after operation of acne breast carbuncle. It has no obvious toxicity and side effects, and is safe.
