中缝背核至感觉皮质投射的定性追踪—HRP和免疫细胞化学结合法研究

摘    要:本实验用HRP法和免疫细胞化学结合法,研究大鼠中脑中缝背核至大脑感觉皮质的纤维投射以及该纤维的性质。结果表明:中缝背核投射至感觉皮质的纤维多数起源于中缝背核的外侧部,其性质主要为5-HT能纤维(占整个投射纤维的88%),提示:中缝背核对感觉皮质的广泛影响可能是通过5-HT实现的;HRP(TMB法)和免疫细胞化学结合法是研究神经径路性质的有效方法。

Abstract:Projection from the dorsal raphe nucleus (RD) to the sensory cortex and its chemical nature has been studied by combined method of HRP and immu- nocytqchemistry. The results show that the sensory cortex receives nerve fibers which originate mainly from the lateral area of RD, and show positive serotonin-like immunoreactivity. Out of total number of neurons in RD which project to the sensory cortex, the serotonin-positive neurons occupy 88 per cent. The result indicates that RD exerts a widespread and profound influence on the sensory cortex by serotoninergic pathway and the combined method of HRP and immunocytochemistry is new effective available method for qualitative tracing of nerve pathway.
