军医大学附属医院机动卫勤力量保障能力特点与组训策略

本文探讨了军医大学附属医院抽组机动卫勤力量“三强三弱”，即专业保障水平高、卫勤指挥能力相对薄弱，专科技术能力强、一线救治能力相对薄弱，技术装备条件好、人员战场适应能力相对薄弱的能力特点；结合组训实践和资源优势的发挥，提出“坚持宏观统筹、突出整体谋划，整合训练模块、突出一体化训练，着眼三军联勤、提高实战保障能力，瞄准高技术战争、创新训练方法”等四个方面的组训原则；探讨了军医大学附属医院抽组机动卫勤力量训练的一般要求。

Characteristics and Training Tactics of Military Mobile Health Service Force Sampled from Aff'lliated Hos-pitals of Military Medical Universities

The support capacity of military mobile health service force in affiliated hospitals of military medical universities was characterized by both three strong points and three weak points,which are described as high professional support level but relatively low medical command capacity,strong specialized technical ability but weak front line treatment ability,fine equipments but comparatively poor battlefield adaptability.Based on the above features,combining with the training practice and resource advantages,four training principles are put forward,which are to insist on comprehensive arrangement and overall planning,integrate training modules,focus on the tri-service joint logistics to improve the war-time support capacity,and aim at the hi-tech wars to innovate the training methods.The general requirements of the military mobile health service force in affiliated hospitals of military medical universities are also discussed.
