| 摘 要： | 目的 分析涂阳肺结核病人转诊情况。方法 对山东省28个县2002年9～12月登记治疗的涂阳肺结核病人进行调查统计。结果 涂阳肺结核病人登记人数中，综合医院转诊641例，占涂阳病人的38．8％；县级综合医院是主要转诊机构，转诊366例，占涂阳病人的22．1％。结论 登记的涂阳肺结核病人，主要来源于综合医院转报转诊。

| Abstract: | Objective To probe the source of smear-positive patients. Methods To analyze the registered smear-positive patients in Shandong province from September to December, 2002. Result The general hospital transfer 641 of patients (38.8%) to the TB dispensary. The percentage of transfer was 22.1% in county hospital. Conclusion This is important to raise case-finding rate of the smear-positive patient by implementing convergence case-management. |
