| 摘 要： | ELISA检测技术检测34例淋病患者泌尿生殖道的脓性分泌物及10例健康人泌尿生殖道的渗出物,与常规检测技术比较,结果10例健康人各法检测均为阴性,34例淋病患者:GS镜检阳性20例(58.8％),巧克力平板培养阳性26例(76.5％);ELISA法均为阳性000％),经统计处理,P<0.01,ELISA法与常规检测有非常明显的差异,ELISA法检测淋病患者泌尿生殖道脓性分泌物淋球菌抗原物质,具有敏感性高,特异性强,时间短等特点,为淋病的快速准确诊断提供了依据。

| Abstract: | Having detected the secretions in urinary & reproductive organ of 34 gonorrhea patients & 10 healthy by the method of EUSA. Compared with normal detective technology. The result was as follows: 10 healthy were negative by each of the methods, 20 of the 34 patients were positive by methed of GS microscope smearing(58. 8%), 26 of them were positive by method of chololate plate culture(76. 5%), all of the patients were postive by ELISA, P<0. 01, Statistics showed that the result of EUSA was obviously different from other, To determinate the N. G antigen of the patients' pyogenlc secretions in urinary & reproductive organ, ELISA had characteristics of high sensitivity, strong speciality and short time. It provided the evidence for rapid and accurate diagnosis of gonorrhea. |
