大学生艾滋病知识、态度教育及效果评价

摘    要:目的评价艾滋病教育对改变大学生艾滋病相关知识、态度的效果;评价艾滋病教育过程的有效性。方法便利抽取北京市1所非医学专业学院,随机抽取100名大学2年级学生作为研究对象,将研究对象随机分为干预组和对照组,每组各50名。对干预组研究对象实施共12学时的艾滋病教育,于干预后、干预后1个月、干预后6个月分别对两组研究对象进行艾滋病知识、态度的问卷调查,并对教育过程进行评价。结果干预组研究对象艾滋病知识总体水平及各分类知识水平在干预后3个时间点均较干预前明显提高(P〈0.01),并明显高于对照组(P〈0.01);干预组研究对象态度总体水平、对待艾滋病的态度水平、对待艾滋病高危行为的态度水平在干预后3个时间点较干预前提高(P〈0.01),并明显高于对照组(P〈0.01)。90%以上的研究对象对本次艾滋病教育时间、教育内容、教学方法表示满意,研究对象最喜欢的教学方法是角色扮演。结论艾滋病教育可显著提高大学生的艾滋病知识水平,改善大学生对待艾滋病以及艾滋病高危行为的态度;但对改善大学生对待艾滋病病毒感染者的态度效果不明显。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate how education impact college students' knowledge and attitude to AIDS. Methods A total of 100 sophomores from a non medical college in Beijing were recruited and divided into two groups:intervention group and control group. The intervention group was performed AIDS education courses about 12 class hours while the control group did not. Questionnaires were used to survey the knowledge of and attitude to AIDS once finished intervention, at 1 month and at 6 month after intervention. Furthermore,education process was evaluated by the students in the intervention group. Results In all knowledge of AIDS,attitude to AIDS and high risk behavior. of the intervention group at all three time points was significant increased and higher than that of the control group. More than 90% of the participants satisfied with schedule, contents and method of education program. Role-play was the most welcomed education method. Conclusions AIDS education can increase students' knowledge of AIDS and attitude to AIDS and high risk behavior significantly. But in their attitude towards patients with HIV was not obvious.
