| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨胰岛素强化治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病的效果。方法 对50例Ⅱ型糖尿病病人接受胰岛素强化治疗前后的血糖、体重指数和胰岛素剂量进行分析。结果 全部病例均取得良好的降糖效果,平均胰岛素用量为28U/日,体重指数治疗前后无显著性差异。结论 胰岛素强化治疗是Ⅱ型糖尿病的有效治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the effect of intensive insulin therapy in type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus.Methods: Serum glucose, body mass index and insulin dose were measured in 50 type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus before and after receiving intensive insulin therapy. Results: Serum glucose of all cases have significantly decreased after intensive therapy, and average insulin was 28 U per day for each patient. No severe hypoglycemia was found Body mass index had no significant change. Conclusion: Intensive insulin therapy is a good method for type Ⅱdiabetes mellitus. |
