| 摘 要： | 目的分析AxSYM与RP-HPLC两种方法测定卡马西平血药浓度结果相关性。方法利用AxSYM和RP—HPLC两种方法同时测定卡马西平血药浓度，以AxSYM测定值为X，RP—HPLC测定值为Y进行线性回归，评价其相关性。结果92组数据经线性回归得回归方程：Y=0．013731＋0．969354x（n=92，r=0．992451）。结论AxSYM测定卡马西平血药浓度结果与RP—HPLC测定结果具有较好相关性，适用于卡马西平血药浓度的常规监测。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the correlation between concentration of carbamazepine in serum determined by AxSYM and RP-HPLC.Methods All the samples were determined by AxSYM and RP-HPLC analyzer simultaneously,with AxSYM results as X-axis,RP-HPLC results as Y-axis,deming regression analyses were performed with these data for the evaluation of correlation.Results By means of deming regression,the least squares equations were obtained.Y = 0.013 731 0.969 354 X(n = 92,r=0.992 451).Conclusion There is good correlation between concentrations of carbamazepine determined by AxSYM and RP-HPLC,AxSYM assay can be used for routine monitoring of carbamazepine. |
