| 摘 要： | 目的探讨临床药师在呼吸内科药物治疗中发挥的作用。方法对呼吸内科5例患者进行重点不同的药学监护。结果通过对呼吸内科的药学监护,临床药师协助呼吸内科医生合理选择药物,调整给药剂量,促进临床合理用药。结论临床药师需要在实践中强化药物应用的临床思维能力,协助医师,使药物治疗更为安全、有效。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the roles of clinical pharmacists in medication of respiratory department.Methods 5 patients in respiratory department was given different kinds of pharmaceutical care.Results Clinical pharmacists assisted doctors of respiratory department in choosing drugs rationally,adjusting doses,promoting rational drug use.Conclusion Clinical pharmacists should strengthen the clinical thinking ability of medication,assist doctors to make medication more safe and effective. |
