城市社区卫生知识科学普及方式研究

目的 了解城市社区卫生知识科学普及方式现状和相关需求,为做好社区卫生知识科学传播工作提供依据.方法 采用定量调查的方法,对沈阳市1273名社区居民进行问卷调查.结果 社区居民经常接触的卫生科普知识的传播方式前4位是卫生科普专栏、宣传单、讲座、小册子,常年订阅卫生报刊的占10.8%,最需要的卫生知识是疾病知识、营养知识、用药知识和急救知识,获取卫生知识最主要的途径是看电视.不同年龄、不同文化程度居民对卫生科学知识需求、卫生科学知识普及方式选择存在差异.结论 社区居民的卫生保健意识在增强,对卫生知识的需求在增加,从电视上获取卫生知识的居民最高.应该根据调查实际状况,科学开展社区卫生知识的传播工作.

Research on scientific popularization methods of health knowledge in communities of Shenyang City

Objective To explore the status of scientific popularization methods of health knowledge and relevant needs in communities of Shenyang City in order to provide evidences for health knowledge popularization.Methods A questionnaire survey were carried in 1273 community inhabitants which were sampled by the method of quota investigation.Results The community inhabitants contacted health knowledge on popular science with different frequencies.The first 4 forms were popular science column,hand bills,courses,and booklets.Communities subscribing hygienic publications every year accounted for 10.8%.Hygienic knowledge on popular science which needed most were nutrition knowledge,medication knowledge and first aid knowledge.Television was the most important way to obtain hygienic knowledge.Differences existed between inhabitants with different ages and educational level on needs and popularization methods with popular science.Conclusion Medical care consciousness of community inhabitants are strengthening.Popularization of community health knowledge should be developed based on its status now.
