胃肠神经介质在功能性消化不良发病中的作用

来源于胃肠道内分泌细胞和神经细胞的神经介质,包括小分子活性物质和多肽,不仅存在于胃肠道内,也存在于中枢神经系统内,可以作用于胃肠道感觉神经末梢或平滑肌细胞的相应受体而调节胃肠道感觉与运动。功能性消化不良是一组常见的临床症候群,其发病机制尚未完全阐明,本文对部分神经介质在功能性消化不良发病中的作用做一综述。

The Effect of Gastroenteric Neurotransmitter on Pathogenesy of Functional Dyspepsia

Gastroenteric neurotransmitter is a kind of micromolecule active mass or polypeptide, which comes from endocrine cell of gastrointestinal tract or nerve cell. These material reside in not only gastrointestinal tract,but also central nervous system with the roles of accommodation of the sense and movement. Functional dyspepsia is one of the most common clinical syndrome,the pathogenesy of which has not been clarified.This article summarized the roles of some gastroenteric neurotransmitter involved in mechanism of functional dyspepsia.
