中西医结合治疗慢性前列腺炎的研究

目的探讨中西医结合治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法采用给予抗生素、哈乐、双氯酚酸钠栓、前列舒通胶囊等药物,局部热疗和心理行为的健康指导等综合方法,治疗慢性前列腺炎综合征120例。观察相关临床症状的改善情况、前列腺按摩液镜检情况及慢性前列腺炎症状指数(NIH-CPSI)评分。结果随访3~18个月,痊愈52例(43.3%),显效39例(32.5%),有效20例(16.7%),无效9例(7.5%),总有效率为92.5%。治疗前、后患者NIH-CPSI评分比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论应用综合疗法治疗慢性前列腺炎临床效果满意,且安全性可靠。

Study of integrated chinese-western therapy on chronic prostatitis

Objective It is to observe the clinical effect and safeness of the integrated chinese-western therapy on chronic prostatitis. Methods 120 patients with chronic prostatitis were treated with the combined therapy of antibiotics, α-adrenergic blocking agents, Chinese medicine, local thermotherapy and psycho-health education. The states of clinical symptoms, detection of prostatic fluid and NIH-CPSI were analyzed.Results After 3-18 months following-up,there were 52 recovery cases (43.3%), 39 excellence cases (32.5%), 20 effective cases (16.7%), 9 inefficacy cases (7.5%), the total effective rate was 92.5%. There was significant difference in NIH-CPSI score before and after the treatment (P＜0.01).Conclusion The treatment for chronic prostatitis with integrated chinese-western therapy is safe and effective.
