瘢痕疙瘩中肥大细胞的形态学特征及临床意义

目的:观察瘢痕疙瘩组织中肥大细胞的形态学特征及分布 ,探讨其与瘢痕疙瘩形成的内在关系。方法 :应用组织化学、电镜技术和图像分析方法观察50例瘢痕疙瘩及10例正常皮肤组织中肥大细胞的数量、形态、大小(面积)的变化。结果 :瘢痕疙瘩组织中的肥大细胞数量、大小较周围皮肤和正常皮肤明显增多、增大 ,三者之间差异非常显著。电镜下瘢痕疙瘩组织中可见幼稚肥大细胞 ,有明显的脱颗粒现象 ,与纤维母细胞密切相触、其周围有大量的胶原原纤维。结论 :肥大细胞与瘢痕疙瘩的形成关系密切

Morphological character and clinic signification of mast cell in keloid tissue

Objective:Observing the morphological character and distribution in keloid tissue to approach the inner link of mast cell and keloid genesis.Methods:Using histochemical technique electronmicroscope and morphological analysis,we study the number and morphology of mast cells in 50 case and 10 case of control skin tissues.Results:The number and size of mast cells is significantly increased compared with the number in skin tissues nearby the keolid or the number in control skin tissue(P< 0.001).Under electromicroscope,primitive mast cells in keolid may be seen,and mast cells show active function,such as ,releasing granulation.Mast cells tightly contact with fibroblast cells with a vast amount of collagen around them.Conclusion :Mast cells play an important role in keolid genesis.
