| 摘 要： | 帕尼培南 倍他米隆为一新型的 β内酰胺碳青霉烯类抗生素 ,对革兰阳性菌、革兰阴性菌、厌氧菌、需氧菌及产生β内酰胺酶的细菌具有较强的抗菌活性 ,现已广泛应用于临床。它在呼吸道感染、妇产科感染、外科领域等感染的治疗中疗效确切。本文主要就帕尼培南 倍他米隆的抗菌作用、药动学以及在抗感染方面的临床应用作一介绍

| Abstract: | Panipenem/betamipron is a kind of new beta lactamase antibiotics with a broad antibacterial spectrum and a potent bactericidal activity against both aerobic and anaerobic Gram positive and Gram negative organisms, it has been widely applied in clinic. Panipenem/betamipron has a excellent efficiency in respiratory tract and obstetric and gynecological infections and in the domain of surgery field. In this report we mainly introduce antibacterial effects and pharmacokinetics and the clinical application in the domain of anti infection of panipenem/betamipron. |
