| 摘 要： | 目的:综述肠肥大细胞(MC)在肠易激综合征(IBS)发病机制中作用的目前认识。方法:选择涉及到MC病理生理作用的文章,重点是近年来有关肠MC在IBS发病机制中作用的文章。结果:肥大细胞在IBS的发病机制中可能发挥着一定的作用。结论:在IBS的发病机制中,肥大细胞可能是肠道、免疫和神经系统之间一种重要中间媒介。

| Abstract: | Objective This article reviews the current und erstanding of the role of intestinal mast cells(MC)in the pathogenesis of the irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).Methods Reference sources were selected because of their perti-nence to the pathophysiological eff ects of the MC.Recent articles were e mphasized about the role of intestin al MCin the pathogenesis of the IBS.Result The MC of intestine may be responsibl e for the pathogenesis of the IBS.Conclusions The MC of intestine may be an importan t mediator among the gut ,the immunit y and the nervous system in the IBS. |
