缬沙坦联合硝苯地平治疗高血压合并糖尿病疗效观察

目的探讨缬沙坦联合硝苯地平缓释片治疗高血压合并糖尿病的临床疗效。方法将180例高血压合并糖尿病患者随机分成两组,对照组（90例）在控制血糖的基础上口服缬沙坦80～160 mg/d,治疗组（90例）在控制血糖的基础上口服缬沙坦80～160 mg/d,另加硝苯地平缓释片5～10 mg/d,每日2次。两组均以服药3个月为1个疗程。检测比较两组患者治疗前后空腹血糖（FBG）、血肌酐（Scr）、尿微量白蛋白排泄率（UAER）以及左心室舒张期厚度（PWT）。结果治疗组控制血压的总有效率为95.6%,UAER和PWT与对照组比较,具有显著的统计学差异（P〈0.05）。结论在严格控制血糖的基础上,缬沙坦联合硝苯地平缓释片治疗高血压合并糖尿病是安全有效的,具有明显的肾脏及心脏保护作用。

Clinical effect of Valsartan combined with extended release Nifedipine tablets on hypertension complicated with diabetes

Objective To explore the clinical effects of Valsartan combined with extended release Nifedipine tablets on hypertension complicated with diabetes.Methods One hundred and eighty patients with hypertension complicated with diabetes were randomly divided into control group（n=90）and treatment group（n=90）.Patients in control group were treated with valsartan（80～160 mg/d） under controlled blood glucose and those in treatment group were treated with Valsartan（80～160 mg/d） and extended release Nifedipine tablets（5～10 mg/d） under controlled blood glucose.Fasting blood glucose（FBG）,serum creatinine（Scr）,urinary albumin excretion rate（UAER） and posterior wall thickness（PWT） in diastolic phase for left ventricle were measured.The training course lasted for 3 months in the two groups.Results The total effective rate of decompression in treatment group was 95.56% and the level of UAER and PWT in treatment group were superior than those in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The therapy of Valsartan combined with extended release Nifedipine tablets is safe and effective for hypertension complicated with diabetes under controlled blood glucose.It is conducive to the protection of kidney and heart.
