对90例中老年牙周牙髓综合症的治疗与分析

目的：对90例牙周牙髓综合症进行临床疗效观察，为治疗提供依据。方法：对90例牙周牙髓综合症患者的120个患牙进行治疗及疗效评定。结果：单纯牙髓治疗有效率为80．0％，单纯牙周治疗有效率为80．0％，综合治疗有效率为88．9％。结论：对于牙周牙髓综合症的患牙应查清病源，制定计划，系统治疗。

90 cases of senile syndrome periodontal treatment and analysis of pulp

Objective： 90 patients with periodontal pulp syndrome, clinical observation, for the therapy.Methods： 90 patients with periodontal pulp 120 SARS patients were treated teeth and efficacy evaluation.Results： Pulp therapy alone was 80.0%.Periodontal therapy alone was 80.0%, effective rate of 88.9% combined treatment.Conclusion： Teeth for periodontal pulp syndrome should identify their sources, plan, system treatment.
