卵巢上皮性交界性肿瘤中AIB1蛋白的表达及意义

摘    要:目的探讨卵巢上皮性交界性肿瘤中,AIB1蛋白的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法,检测18例卵巢上皮性交界性肿瘤中AIB1蛋白的表达水平,并与24例正常卵巢组织、24例卵巢上皮性良性、69例恶性卵巢上皮性肿瘤中AIB1蛋白的表达水平进行比较,同时测定卵巢上皮性交界性肿瘤中雌激素受体(ER),孕激素受体(PR),p53,bcl-2蛋白的表达。结果①AIB1蛋白在卵巢上皮性交界性肿瘤中的阳性表达率的阳性表达率为38.89%,而在正常卵巢、良性与恶性卵巢上皮性肿瘤中的阳性表达率,分别为8.33%,25.00%,65.22%。与交界性肿瘤相比,卵巢癌中AIB1蛋白的阳性率明显升高,正常卵巢组织中的表达率下降;而良性与交界性肿瘤相比,差异无显著意义。②临床卵巢上皮性交界性肿瘤Ⅱ~Ⅲ期病例AIB1蛋白的阳性表达率高于Ⅰ期病例,未发现不同病理类型的卵巢上皮性交界性肿瘤中AIB1蛋白表达存在差异。③AIB1蛋白表达与雌激素受体,孕激素受体,p53蛋白的表达呈正相关,与bcl-2蛋白的表达无相关性。结论卵巢上皮性交界性肿瘤中,AIB1蛋白可能通过类固醇激素受体途径和突变的p53蛋白信号传导通路参与肿瘤的形成。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of AIB1 (amplified in breast cancer 1 ) protein in ovarian borderline epithelial tumor. Methods We examined the AIB1 expression levels and its relations to clinicopathological features in 24 normal ovaries, 24 cases of ovarian benign epithelial tumor, 18 cases of ovarian borderline epithelial tumor and 69 cases of epithelial ovarian cancer by immunohistochemical method SP. We also simultaneously examined the expression of estrogen receptor (ER), progesterone receptor(PR), p53 protein and bcl-2 protein in ovarian borderline epithelial tumors. Results (1)The positive expression rate of AIB1 protein in ovarian borderline epithelial tumors was 38.89%, which was significantly lower than that in ovarian cancers (65.22%), higher than that in normal ovaries(8. 33%), but the difference between the borderline and benign ovarian tumors was not significant. (2)The expression of AIB1 protein in clinical stage Ⅱ-Ⅲ was higher than that in stage Ⅰ , but the expression levels in different histological groups were not significant. (3)AIB1 protein expression was positively correlated with estrogen receptor, progesterone receptor, p53 protein, but there was no correlation between expressions of AIB1 and bcl-2 protein. Conclusion The expression of AIB1 may play a role in the ovarian carcinogenesis of the borderline epithelial tumor through steroid receptor and mutational p53 protein signal transduction pathways.
