摘    要:目的建立测定田七花叶颗粒中的人参皂苷Rb3含量的方法。方法HPLC-ELSD采用Shim-pack VP-ODS色谱柱,流动相A为乙腈,B为水,梯度洗脱。蒸发光散射检测器漂移管温度105℃,载气流速1.5L·min^-1。结果人参皂苷Rb3在0.81~20.25μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.5%(RSD=0.4%,n=6)。结论本方法操作简便快捷,灵敏准确,可用于田七花叶颗粒的质量控制。

Abstract:Aim To establish a method for determination of notoginsenoside Rb3 in tianqihuaye granules. Method HPLC-ELSD was performed on Shim-pack VP-ODS column with acentonitrile(A) and water(B) gradient elution. The temperature of drift was 105℃ and the nebulizer nitrogen flow rate was 1.5 L·min^-1. Result The linear range of notoginsenoside was 0.81-20.25 μg (r=0.9999),and the average recovery was 99.5% (RSD=0.4%, n=6). Conclusion A sensitive, accurate and reliable method was developed for the determination of notoginsenoside in tianqihuaye granules and can be applied to control the quality of this preparation effectively.
