老年人社区护理现状与前景的思考

老年人社区护理在我国已开展多年。目前以家庭病床为其主要形式，社区护理资源向城市集中，专业社区护理人员不足，服务收费无统一标准。虽然存在许多尚待解决的问题，但大力发展老年人社区护理是社会发展及卫生事业发展的需要，前景必将广阔。在发展过程中，社区护士应正确理解预防与治疗的辩证关系，两者并重。对老年患者防治结合，通过健康教育等多种形式提高其健康水平，将更多的医疗资源节省下来用于患病老年人群，这才有利于老年人社区护理系统的发展。

The consideration for the current situation and prospect of community nursing for the aged

Community nursing for the aged has been conducted for many years in China. At present, family care plays a major role in field of Community nursing for the aged and resources are concentrated in cities. Meanwhile, Community nursing for the aged lacks professional community nurses and unified standards of services fee, although there are some problems existed. Community nursing for the aged should be developed strongly because it's the requirement of society and health services development. During the process, Community nurse should understand the dialectical relationship of prevention and treatment. Community nurse should combine prevention with treatment to cure the aged patients., and use multi-approaches such as health education to improve health status of the aged, by which more medical resources will be saved for aged patients.
