体外冲击波碎石术前静脉尿路造影检查的应用

目的：探讨体外冲击波碎石术前静脉尿路造影检查的临床应用。方法：对４３６例尿路结石患者彩和常规法、延时法、大剂量法、利尿法等方法进行静脉尿路造影检查。结果：４３６例患者中４２１例患者明确了结石部位、尿路梗阻情况、肾积水程度和尿流出路情况，给体外冲击波碎石术提供了依据并取得满意碎石效果。结论：静脉尿路造影检查仍是本外冲击波碎石术前的必查项目之一，但不必拘泥于教科书常规检查方法，应根据尿路显影情况灵活多

Applications of intravenous urography before extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy

Objective:To evaluate the value of intravenous urography(IVU) in patients with urinary tract calculi before extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy(ESWL).Method:436 patients suffering form various types of urinary tract calculi were performed pre ESWL examinations with routine IVU,high dose IVU,diuretic IVU and so on.Results:The precise location of stones ,the degree of urinary tract obstruction and hydronephrosis,and the outlet of urine were clearly visualized on IVU images in 421 of 436 cases.According to the outcome of IVU,ESWL had achieved satisfactory therapeutic effect.Conclusion:At the present time,IVU is still one of the required examinations before ESWL,but radiologic technologists should act according to circumstances when IVU is performed,and need not adhere to formula in textbooks,so as to accord with the special demands of ESWL
