| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨ＥＲ、ＰＲ的最佳染色条件。方法：应用免疫组化Ｓ－Ｐ法，对乳腺癌进行ＥＲ和ＰＲ检查。结果：实验组：“１”的阳性率高于对照组“２”。结论：成功地显示ＥＲ和ＰＲ关键在于微波修复抗原及组织的固定时间和一抗的作用时间。

| Abstract: | Objective:To search for the best stain conditions of ER and PR. Methods:The expressions of ER and PR in breast cancer was detected with S-P immunohistochemical method. Results: The positivity rate of experimental group is higher than that of control group.Conclusions:To get higher positivity rate of ER and PR expressions,the keys are antigen repairment by microwave,tissue fixed duation and primary antibody reaction duration. |
