直视下输卵管复通术临床治疗体会

目的 :总结直视下输卵管复通术。方法 :对 13例行此种手术的病人情况随访后结合所行手术的方法进行分析总结。结果 :13名患者随访复孕率 11/13。结论 :在基层医院有限的条件下 ,手术中 ,采取有利于避免术后吻合处瘢痕狭窄环形成的措施是取得复孕的关键。

Clinical analysis of 13 Cases of salpingostomy under direct vision

Objective:WT5BZ]ST5BZ]To summarize the salpingostomy under direct vision.WT5HZ]Methods:WT5BZ]13 cases were studied in the following up survey.Analysis was made with prenancy.WT5HZ]Results:WT5BZ]11 of 13 patients had recovered the capability of prenancy.WT5HZ]Conclusions:WT5BZ]At the conditioned of basal hospital,the key is that a conduct being performed intraoperation to keep a scar stenosis/circle from forming during cicatrization is in favour of recovering prenancy.
