| 摘 要： | 目的：评价前列腺内注药治疗慢性前列腺炎（ＣＢＰ）的效果。方法：对１９９４年以来的慢性细菌性前列腺炎患者１０６例，分别以两种敏感抗生素进行前列腺内注射治疗，每周一次，共三交。结果：全组１０６例中共有效１０２例，其中完全治愈７４例，治愈率６９．８％（７４／１０６），无效４例，两种抗生素疗效无显著性差异（Ｐ〉０．０５）。不良反应主要为局部血肿。结论：依前列腺液细菌培养及药敏认验选择抗生素，直接注药天南地

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the effects antibiotic injection in prostate for chronic bacterial prostatitis.Methods: 106 cases with CBP were divided into two groups according to the sensitivity to drugs and underwent antibiotic injection in prostate lasting three weeks(once a week)from 1994.Results: 74 cases were cured with cure rate 69.8%,102 cases were effective and 4 cases no respones.The side effects of injection in prostate was bleeding locally.Conclusions: The antibiotic injection in prostate for CBP is quite effective and safe because of its directing injection sensitivty drugs and hardly complication. |
