高血压脑出血血清微量元素的研究

摘    要:目的:为了研究高血压脑出血与微量元素的关系。方法:采用原子吸收分光光度法对65例高血压脑出血患者血清中锌(Zn)、铁(Fe)、镁(Mg)、钙(Ca)的含量进行测定,结果:急性期血清Zn、Fe明显低于对照组(P〈0.01),Cu明显高于对照组*(P〈0.01),Cu/Zn比值低于对照组,Ca、g与且无显著差异(P〉0.005)。结论:微量元素与高血压脑出血的发生、发展有密切关系。

Abstract:Objective:To study the relation of hypertension cerebral hemorrhage and trace elment.Methods:The concentration of serum Zinc,Iron,Copper,Magnesium and Calcium of 65 cases with hypertension cerebral hemorrhage were determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry.Results:The serum levels of Zinc,iron in acute hypertension cerebral Hemorrhage group was Significantly Lower than those in contrast group(P<0.01),the serum leve of copper in Hypertension Cerebral Hemorrhage group was significantly higher than those in contrast group(P<0.01),the ratio of Cuzn in Hypertesion cerebral Hemorrhage group was Lower than those in Contrast group,the Serum Calcium and Magnesium has no significant difference between Hypertension Cerebral Hemorrhage group and contrast group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Trace element and Hypertesion Cerebral Hemorrhage have relationship of diabtes occuring and growing.
