垂体后叶素联合酚妥拉明治疗食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血18例

目的：探讨垂体后叶素联合酶妥拉蝗的应用对食和胃静脉曲张破裂出血治疗价值。方法：本科４年间收治３４例经胃镜证实为门脉高压食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血患者，其中１８例给予垂体后叶素联合酚妥拉明治疗，并于同期仅给予垂体后叶素１６例进行对比分析。结果：７２小时内止血率；治疗组与对照组为８８．９％、５６．３％；药物副作用发生率为１１．１％和５０％；结论：垂体后叶素联合酚妥拉明 救治门脉高压并食管胃底静脉曲张破裂

Therapeutic effect of Pituitrinum alliance with Phentolaminum in treatment of bleeding from gastroesophagel varices

Objective:To study the therapeutic effect of Pituitrinum alliance with Phentolaminum on the patient with bleeding from gastroesophagel varices.Methods:The Pituitrinum and Phentolaminum infusion were adopted in treatment of 18 cases of bleeding from gastroesophagel varices,While another 16 patients were only treated with Pituitrinum as control.Results:There are relative significant difference in the rate of again bleeding and the rate of side effect of drugs(P<0 05) than the control group.Conclusions:Pituitrinum alliance with Phentolaminum is an effective method in treatment of bleeding from gastroesophagel varices.
