急性脑血管病导致低钠血症临床意义探讨

探讨急性脑血管病导致低钠血症的临床意义。方法：选择性脑出血１４０例、蛛网膜下腔出血８例，急性脑梗塞１５４例，分别测定患者空腹血清钠数值。结果：１４０例急性脑出血血清钠低于１３１ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ者３０例（１．４３％）。８例蛛网膜下腔出血血钠低于１３１ｍｍｐｌ／Ｌ者２例（２５％）１４５例，急性脑梗因清钠低于１３１ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ者１６例（１０３９％）。脑出血组低钠血症的发生率明显于高脑梗塞组。４８例低钠血证组

Explore the clinical significance on the acute cerebrovascular disease resulted the low serum sodium

Objectve:To explore the clinical significance of the low serum sodium that was caused by the acute cerebrovascular disease.Methods:There were 140 cases patients of the acute brain haeamorrhage.8 patients of the subarachnoidspace bleeding,154 cases patients of the acute cereinfarction,their serum sodium were measured in the empty stomach Results:The serum sodium was lower than 131mmol/L in which there 30 of 140 cases on the acute brain heamorrhage(21.43%)in which there were 2of 8cases on the subarachnoidspace bleeding(25%),in which there were 16 of 154 cases on the acute cereinfarction (10.39%).In the brain haemorrhage patients caused the low serum sodium was much higher than in the cereinfarction patients(P<0.01),In the low serum sodium group(48cases)happened coma,8 case (16.67%)happened death.In the nonlow serum sodium group(25cases) 30cases(11.81%) happened coma. 11 cases (4.33%) happened death. There were significantly different between the low serum and the nonlow serum sodium group(P<0.01).Conclusion:It should be attached importance to prevent and cure the Low Sodium serum sodium which caused by the acute cerebrovascular disease,particular brain heamorrhage.
