| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨米非司酮配伍米索前列醇或卡孕栓终止 10～ 16周妊娠的最佳方案。方法 :把要求终止 10～ 16周妊娠的病人随机分为 A、B、C三组 ,每组均口服米非司酮 2 0 0 mg,A组阴道置卡孕栓 ,B组口服米索前列醇 ,C组阴道置米索前列醇。结果 :C组流产有效率最高 (94% ,P<0 .0 1) ,给药次数最少 (1.34± 0 .36次 ,P<0 .0 1) ,排胎时间最短 (7.14± 2 .2 4,P<0 .0 1) ,出血量最少 (38.2 6± 9.74,P<0 .0 5 ) ,药物副反应最轻。结论 :米非司醇配伍米索列醇阴道给药为终止 10～ 16周妊娠最佳方案
