血站质量控制系统中细菌学检验初探

探讨血站质量控制系统中细菌学检验的操作方法和质量标准。方法建立了采血室外及成分分离敢培养、储血冰箱空气培养、嗜热脂肪杆菌芽孢检验，一次性注射器及输血器细菌培养、工作人员手指细菌培养，血袋，血液制品细菌培养的方法。结果：采血室空气细菌总数≤于５００；储血冰箱中平均细菌数≤２；压力蒸气灭菌消毒后，无嗜热脂肪杆菌芽孢一次性注射用品夫细菌生长；工作人员手指培养细胞总数≤３００；献血员臂部无细菌生长，血袋及

Explorationon bacteriology examination in quality control system for blood bank

Objective:To explore the method and standard for bacterium in Blood Bank.Method:Aseries of bacterian testing methods including air culture in collect blood room and separate room and in blood stored refrigerator,and bacterium examination for spore of hobby heat fat bacillus and one time useinjectors,blood transfusion implement,fingers of the operator,blood bag and blood products were established.Results:Total bacteria number in air of collect blood room were 500;the total bacterial number for blood stored refrigerator were not more than 2;no hobby-heat-fat-bacillus was found after autoclaving;The total number of bacterial in operator's finger were not more than 300;no bacterinm was observed in both one time use injectors and on the arm of the blood doctors,and on bacterial including aerobe and anaerobe and mold were found in blood bag and blood products.Conclusion:Established this methods and standard will establish base for bacterium examination of quality control of blood bank.
