| 摘 要： | 采用自体心包片成形术治疗７例隔瓣或后瓣发育不良，或缺损面积较大、自身瓣膜成形困难的先天性三尖瓣畸形患者。术后心功能及超声检查恢复良好。自体心包片有取材方便、无不良反应、不引起血液破坏等优点。提出该术的应用指征及范围。
