| 摘 要： | 脊髓损伤(SCI)指由各种原因引起的脊髓神经细胞的破坏而造成的功能障碍,是一种严重的神经系统创伤,而SCI后的治疗仍是神经科学领域一个世界性难题。近年来,在有关SCI治疗的实验性研究发展很快,而硫酸镁在实验性治疗SCI中所表现出的作用给SCI的治疗提供了新的途径。本文就硫酸镁治疗SCI的研究进展予以综述。

| Abstract: | Spinal cord injury is referred the functional disorder caused by destruction of spinal nervous cells,is a serious damage of nervous system. And elinieal cure the spinal cord injury is still a subject of challenge in nervous. Recent years, the experimental researches about treating spinal cord injury get a rapid progress. And magnesium sulfate plays an important role in a new method treating spinal cord injury experimentally. This article reviewed the advancement of experiment spinal cord injury treated by magnesium sulfate. |
