| 摘 要： | 随着新的活性药物的出现和细胞生长动力学模型概念应用于临床,乳腺癌辅助化疗的疗效得到了一定的提高.序贯化疗的治疗方式在一定程度上改善了辅助治疗的疗效和治疗指数.本文对近年来序贯化疗在乳腺癌辅助治疗中临床研究进展进行了回顾.

| Abstract: | The effect of adjuvant chemotherapy for breast cancer has been improved with the development of new active drugs.Sequential chemotherapy,which resulted from the application of mathematical model of cell growth kinetics in clinical work,also improved the effect and index of adjuvant chemotherapy.We reviewed the clinical trial of sequential chemotherapy in the adjuvant treatment of breast cancer in this paper. |
