| 摘 要： | 笔者报道1103例婴幼儿心脏术后呼吸道护理。重点介绍肺部物理治疗的应用方法和护理措施。肺部物理治疗是利用体位引流,通过拍背、振荡、吸引等操作,彻底清除积聚在肺部的分泌物,减少并发症。治疗中只要掌握好适应时机,注意观察,可收到较好的临床效果。

| Abstract: | The author reported the nursing of respiratory tracts in 1103 infants after cardiosurgery, focusing on application of pulmonary physiotherapy and nursing measures. Pulmonary physiotherapy functions to completely remove the secretions accumulated in the lung and so reduce complications by using postural drainage added with the manipulations like patting on the back, vibration and aspiration. The author holds proper time for treatment and close observation will produce better clinical effects. |
