乳状液膜法提取青霉素及亮氨酸时溶胀现象的研究

摘    要:研究了用乳状液膜法提取青霉素及亮氨酸时膜相添加剂、内外相浓度梯度、载体、搅拌速率及表面活性剂浓度对液膜溶胀的影响。结果表明 :液膜溶胀中渗透溶胀占主要地位 ;渗透溶胀随载体浓度的增大而增大 ;搅拌速率的增大对夹带溶胀的影响小 ,但可以增大渗透溶胀。

Abstract:The effects of the additive agent, the concentration gradient between the internal phase and the external phase, carrier, agitation speed and surfactant concentration on the phenomenon of emulsion swelling were investigated during the extraction process for the PG and the leucine. The results showed that the osmetic swelling was a dominant fashion of the swelling, which increased with the carrier content; the agitation speed had a little effect on the entrainment swelling but had great effect on the osmotic swelling.
