应用动态血压探讨高血压病血压变化与脑血管突发事件的关系

探讨高血压病毒患者动态血压与脑血管煅发事件的关系。方法：对１２００例高血压病患者进行２４小时动态血压测定并追踪随访，对后来发生脑血管突发事件的１４８例患者的动态血压变化与发生脑梗死、脑出血的关系进行研究；并随机选择１００例未发生脑血管突发事件的高血压病患者作比较。

Application of ambulatory blood pressure monitoring to study the relationship between blood pressure changes and cerebralvascular attack in hypertensives

Objective To study the relationship between ambulatory blood pressure hypertension and cerebralvascular attack(CA) in patients of hypertension. Methods 1200 cases of hyperiension received 24-hour ambulatory blood monitoring(ABPM ), and follow-up visits were carried. 148 cases of CA, who were later complicated with cerebral infarction(CI)or cerebralhemorrhage(CH), were analyzed concerning their changes of ABPM, and were compared with the control group of lo() caseswithout CA. Results In the groups of CI and CH, syslolic pressure and its loading values were increased continually, and thedecrease rate in systolic and diastolic blood pressure was less than lo%. There was signilicant difference compared with thecontrol group. Conclusion The variability of ambulatory blood pressure in hypertension was closely related to cerebralvascularattack.
