| 摘 要： | 目的探讨无创正压通气与呼吸兴奋剂治疗慢阻肺急性呼衰的效果。方法对62例AECOPD患者分为两组,分别予双水平气道内正压通气(BiPAP)及呼吸兴奋剂辅助治疗。结果BiPAP通气治疗明显改善动脉血气,降低心率(HR)和呼吸频率(RR),减少辅助呼吸肌参与(P0.05)。结论无创正压通气辅助治疗AECOPD急性呼吸衰竭明显优于呼吸兴奋剂。
