深圳市某区2011年中小学生体检结果分析

目的了解深圳市某区中小学生健康状况,以便为本区中小学生常见病防治工作提供相关依据。方法对2011年深圳市某区26所学校在校学生进行健康检查,并对体检结果进行评价分析。结果中小学生检出疾病以视力不良、恒牙龋齿、肥胖、营养不良、沙眼5种常见病为主,检出率依次为40.23%,20.65%,9.90%,7.47%和0.97%,各组别及男、女生检出率差异均有统计学意义。结论深圳市某区中小学生的健康状况应引起重视,应加强视力不良、龋齿、肥胖的防治,并将中小学生的健康教育工作,培养学生良好的卫生习惯作为我区今后学校卫生工作的重点。

Analysis of physical examination of primary and middle school students in a district of Shenzhen city in 2011

Objective To understand primary and middle school students’ health condition in a district of Shenzhen City,so as to provide the evidence for the students’ common diseases prevention and control work.Methods The students from 26 schools of a district of Shenzhen City were selected for the physical examination and the findings on physical examination were evaluated and analyzed statistically.Results Poor vision,dental caries,obesity,malnutrition,trachoma were the main common diseases,their detection rates were 40.23%,20.65%,9.90%,7.47% and 0.97%,each group and male,female detection rates had statistically significant difference.Conclusion The authorities should pay more attention to the primary and middle school students’ health condition in a district of Shenzhen City.Especially,they should strengthen the prevention of poor vision,dental caries,obesity.Health education,cativating students’ good habits will be the keys of school health work in the future.
