热疗联合放疗治疗中晚期肝癌的效果及护理

目的观察热疗联合放疗对中晚期肝癌的疗效，总结热疗联合放疗的有效护理措施。方法选择浙江萧山医院肿瘤放疗科36例中晚期肝癌患者，以不同时序行相控阵聚焦热疗联合放疗的患者作为观察组，以同期25例行单纯放疗肝癌患者为对照组，分别于治疗前、治疗中及治疗后进行针对性护理，比较两组患者并发症发生率。结果观察组临床缓解率为72％，其中以放疗序贯热疗时序最高为80％，对照组临床缓解率为56％。两组比较，差异有统计学意义（χ2=4．49，P〈0．05）。通过采用整体护理措施和全程护理干预，患者未发生严重并发症，不良反应以乏力、疼痛加重、发热、肝功能损害为主，不同治疗方法不良反应比较，差异无统计学意义（χ2=3．59，P〉0．05）。结论相控阵聚焦热疗联合放疗对中晚期肝癌具有良好疗效，以放疗序贯热疗时序为优，整体护理措施可预防并发症发生，确保热疗效果，提高患者生存质量。

Effect of hypertbermia combined with teletherapy in the treatment of advanced hepatocellular carcinoma and nursing

Objective To explore the effect of deep reginal hyperthermia plus teletherapy and nursing intervention on advanced hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods 36 cases were treated by the deep reginal hyperthermia and teletherapy at different time series, meanwhile, 25 cases treated by teletherapy solely as control group. The nursing intervention was performed befor the therapy, during the course of therapy and after the therapy, the complication in the two groups were compared. Results The remission rate （RR） in hyperthermia was 72%, and the RR was 80% in teletherapy followed heperthermia group, and the RR rate was only 56% in teletherapy group. All patients finished the therapy successfully without severe complication by mean of performing the nursing intervention university and in the entire process. Conclusions The hyperthermia cornbinated with teletherapy have a good effect on advanced hepatocellular carcinoma and the telethapy got the best results and followed with hyperthcrmia telethapy. The nursing intervention could prevent the complication and improve the effect of herperthermia and the quality of life.
