| 摘 要： | 通过完善院前急救体系建设和科学规范的质量控制与管理，提高院前急救质量，使急救半径缩短，平均院前急救反应时间加快，急救站建设加强，服务质量提高，有效改善疾病预后，降低死亡率和伤残率。

| Abstract: | Through the improvement of pre-hospital emergency system construction and scientific and standardized quality control and management,improve the quality of the first aid of pre-hospital emergency care,shorter radius,accelerate the average pre-hospital emergency response time,strengthen the first-aid station construction,improve the quality of service,improve the prognosis of the disease,reduce mortality and disability rate. |
