手术室中风险因素的评估和手术室护理安全管理

目的通过对手术室风险因素的评估，加强手术室护理安全管理，从而控制及减少手术室风险的发生。方法通过对照2009年间（2009组）实行风险管理前完成各类手术3020例及2010年间（2010组）实行风险管理后完成手术3024例，比较两组手术的投诉纠纷率、差错发生率和患者满意度。结果通过对手术室护理安全管理后，2010组患者投诉纠纷率1起／年、差错发生率2起／年均显著低于2009组7起／年、6起／年（P〈0．05），2010组患者满意度98．5％显著高于2009组88．0％（P〈0．05）。结论通过充分的风险因素评估，加强护理安全管理，可以有效地减少差错事故的发生，提高护理服务质量。

Evaluation of risk factors in operation room and safety management in operation room nursing

Objective Through assessing the risk factors in the operation room and strengthening safety management in the operation room nursing,to control and reduce the risks occurred in the operation room.Methods Compared 3020 operations in various types in 2009(2009 group) before the completion of risk management with 3024 patients in 2010(2010 group) after the establishment of risk management.The complaint occurring rate,the error rate,the patient satisfaction of the two groups were analyzed.Results After the operation room nursing safety management,patients with complaints of incidence of 1/year,error occurrence rate of 2/year in 2010 group,were significantly lower than 7/year,6/year in 2009 group,patients satisfaction of 2010 group(98.5%) was significantly higher than that of 2009 group(88.0%).Conclusion Through the full risk factor assessment,strengthening nursing safety management can effectively reduce the occurrence of accidents,improve the quality of nursing service.
