中西医结合治疗慢性咽炎疗效观察

目的观察中西医结合治疗慢咽炎的临床疗效。方法对照组68例采用西药口服治疗,治疗组76例在对照组的基础上加内服中药汤剂治疗。2组均2周为1个疗程,治疗3个疗程,随诊3个月后统计疗效。结果治疗组治愈率68.4%,总有效率97.4%;对照组治愈率35.2%,总有效率70.5%。2组治愈率、总有效率比较具有显著差异(p<0.01)。6个月后治疗组的复发率为11.8%,对照组为29.4%,2组比较具有显著差异(p<0.01)。结论中西医结合治疗慢性咽炎效果显著,且复发率低。

Combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine in treating chronic pharyngitis curative effect observation

Objective To observe the traditional Chinese and Western medicine in treatment of chronic pharyngitis clinical curative effect.Methods 68 cases of the control group by oral administration of Western medicine treatment,the treatment group76 cases in the control group on the basis of oral Chinese medicine decoction treatment.The 2 groups were2 weeks for1 courses,3 courses of treatment,and follow-up of 3months after the statistical analysis of the curative effect.Results The cure rate of the treatment group was68.4%,total effective rate was 97.4%;the control group the cure rate was 35.2%,the total efficiency of 70.5%.The 2group cure rate,the total efficiency was significant difference(p<0.01).6 months after the recurrence rate was 11.8% in treatment group,29.4% in control group,2groups have significant difference(p<0.01).Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in treating chronic pharyngitis effect is remarkable,and the recurrence rate is low.
