摘    要:目的 观察黄体酮对体外培养小胶质细胞活化的抑制作用.方法 取新生sD大鼠皮层,分离、纯化、培养小胶质细胞,脂多糖(LPS)诱导其活化,ELISA法检测活化前后细胞培养上清液内TNFα、IL-1β水平的变化.结果 黄体酮干预组小胶质细胞培养上清液内TNFα、IL-1β的表达水平明显低于LPS处理组.结论 黄体酮可以显著减少上清液内炎症介质的水平,抑制体外培养小胶质细胞的活化.

The influence of progesterone on the activation of microglia cells in vitro
Abstract:Objective To investigate the inhibitory action of progesterone on the activation of cultured microglial cells. Methods Mieroglial cells were obtained from cerebral cortex of neonatal Wistar rats, microglial ceiLs were separated, purified and cultured. The levels of TNFα, IL-1β in supemate fluid were detected by ELISA before and after induced by ljpopolysaccharide (LPS). Results LPS strongly induced the expression of TNFα in micreglial cells from cerebral cortex. Progesterone inhibited the expressions of TNFα, IL-1β. Conclu-sions Progesterone significantly reduces the expressions of inflammatory factors and inhibits the activation of microglial cells in vitro.
