| 摘 要： | 目的观察银杏叶提取液对肢体缺血再灌注损伤的影响.方法制作兔肢体缺血再灌注损伤动物模型,实验分对照组、再灌注组和治疗组.检测不同时相点白细胞自发活化率和白细胞表面CD11/CD18表达率,测定骨骼肌髓过氧化酶(MPO)、丙二醛(MDA)含量和组织湿/干重量比值(Wet/Dry).结果再灌注组与对照组比较,以上各项指标变化明显(P<0.01,P<0.05).结论银杏叶提取液对缺血再灌注损伤骨骼肌有保护作用.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of ginkgo bilob a succi on ischemia and reperfusion i njury of limb.Method The experimental model of ischemia and reperfusion in jury of limb was produced in the rabbi ts which were divided into control group,reperfusion group and treatment group.The spontaneous activation rate and the CD11/CD18expression rate of leukocytes were a ssayed at different phase.MPO,MDA and Wet /dry of skeletal muscles were measured respectively.Result The indexes of reperfusion group changed significantly as compared with those of control group(P<0.01,P<0.05).Conclusion Ginkgo biloba succi might have the pr otective effect on muscle cells during is-chemia and reperfusion injury of lim b. |
