定量嗅觉检测在帕金森病早期诊断中的应用

摘    要:目的:探讨一种临床实用的嗅觉定量测量方法在帕金森病早期诊断中的意义。方法:采用改良的CCCRC方法,定量检测并比较51例帕金森病患者(PD组)和51名健康人(对照组)的嗅觉阈值,分析PD组年龄、病程、UPDRS评分、H-Y分级与嗅觉的相关性。结果:PD组的嗅觉阈值远高于对照组(P<0.01)。PD组年龄、病程、UPDRS、H-Y分级与嗅觉阈值无明显相关。结论:嗅觉定量测量可有效反映PD患者的嗅觉功能,可作为帕金森病早期诊断的参考指标。

Abstract:Objective: An olfactory testing was introduced to investigate the olfactory function in Chinese patients with Parkinson's disease(PD) and to explore the significance of quantified olfactory function in diagnosing PD.Methods: The threshold of olfactory detection was determined by the modified CCCRC method.The association of threshold of olfactory detection with age,duration of disease,UPDRS score,H-Y level were analyzed using SPSS.Results: The olfactory detection threshold in PD patients was significantly higher than that in the controls.There was no association observed between the olfactory function and the age,duration,UPDRS score or H-Y level.Conclusion: Quantified olfactory function is a useful method to assess the PD patients' olfactory ability.Further studies are needed to determine whether the olfactory dysfunction constitutes the diagnostic criteria for Parkinson disease.
