| 摘 要： | 目的 了解老年2型糖尿病患者血糖含量与血同型半胱氨酸含量的关系。方法 选取我院住院2型糖尿病患者50例、对照组50例，分别测定空腹、早餐后2小时血糖（BG）及同型半胱氨酸（Hcys）。结果 糖尿病组空腹Hcys水平比对照组显著升高，餐后2小时BG、Hcys均较空腹显著 升高。结论 老年2型糖尿病血糖值与血同型半胱氨酸值呈正相关。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the relationships between the serum homocysteine (Hcys) and blood glucose (BG) in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods Using biochemistry methods the fasting BG (FBG), BG 2 h after breakfast and Hcys were measured in 50 pateints with type 2 diabetes mellitus and 50 matched healthy controls.Results The level of fasting Hcys in the experimental group was significantly higher than in the control group. The levels of Hcys and BG 2 h after breakfast were also much higher than those before the meal.Conclusion Serum Hcys had a positive correlation with BG in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. |
