| 摘 要： | 本文报告三例先天性精阜增生症。主要临床表现为尿频,尿流无力或呈滴沥状及排尿费劲,遗尿,尿失禁和青年患者遗精等。三例均经手术和病理证实。其中一例死于感染和慢性肾功衰竭。文中对病因学,诊断与鉴别诊断,治疗和预后作了简要讨论。诊断方法以尿道造影,尿道镜和膀胱镜检查为主。治疗主要采用手术,以改进的联合径路切除术对开放性手术较为理想。

| Abstract: | This paper reports 3 cases of congenital hyperplasia of the verumontanum. The cardinal manifestations in these cases were freqent micturition, weakness o urinary stream strain at the micturition,enursis,incontinence of urine and seminal emission in yaung adult patient, all the 3 cases were confirmed during surgical treatment and by pathaological examination. One of them died of infection and chronic renal failure. Etiology, diagnasis, differential diagnasis, treatment and prognosis are discussed briefly. Lt is believed that urography, urethroscopy and cystoscopy are necessary for diagnosis and operation is the chief me ns of treatment, with the modifieol united method being idealer in open operations. |
