小剂量尿激酶溶栓治疗急性脑梗死的疗效观察

目的 :探讨小剂量尿激酶溶栓治疗急性脑梗死的疗效。方法 :采用尿激酶 30万U溶于 0 9%氯化纳溶液 10 0mL中静脉滴注 ,每日 1次 ,连用 3d ,同时与对照组进行比较。结果 :小剂量尿激酶溶栓治疗急性脑梗死短期总有效率、显效率、治愈率明显高于对照组 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 0 1) ;长期总有效率、显效率、治愈率与对照组比较差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :小剂量尿激酶溶栓治疗急性脑梗死短期效果明显。

Small Dose of Urokinase for Acute Cerebral Infarction by Thormbolytic Therapy

Objective:To investigate the effectiveness of small dose of urokinase in treating acute cerebral infarction by thrombolytic therapy.Methods:Urokinase was dissolved in 100 mL 0.9% sodium chloride and given the patients by intravenous drip once per day for three successive days;comparisions were made between the patients and the control group.Results:The short-term total effective rate,effectual rate,and curative rate were higher in the former than in the latter,showing a significant difference between them ( P<0.01 ); no significant difference in long-term total effective rate,effectual rate,and curative rate was observed between them.Conclusion:The treatment showed a significant short-term effect.There was no significant difference in long-term between them.
