| 摘 要： | 对19例骨折术后病人感染伤口在常规护理的基础上,配合紫外线照射.结果表明,配合紫外线照射组(Ⅱ组)5天有效率为89.4%,23例常规换 药护理组(Ⅰ组)5天有效率为(30.4%),经统计学处理,X~2=14.81,P<0.05,说明两组之间有差异,提示配合紫外线照射组疗效高于常规护理组.

| Abstract: | 19 postoperative patients with fracture received auxiliary violet ray irradiation besides conventional therapy. The results showed that five days after treatment, 89. 4% of irradiated patients and 30.4% of nonirradi-ated ones (controls) improved. There was statistically significant difference between these two groups. |
